Knowledge Sharing
Members of the Elevate Network exchange information, lessons learnt, and best practices related to humanitarian programs. This includes insights on disaster response, emergency relief, development projects, program design, and leadership in crises. We believe in leveraging local knowledge to create truly fit-for-purpose humanitarian solutions.
Ethical Considerations
Ethics is at the heart of our Elevate Network, guiding all our actions. We continually address dilemmas and challenges related to humanitarian programming. Our networks and practitioner insights support ethical decision-making, ensuring principled and accountable humanitarian program design.
Innovation
The Elevate Network provides a space for innovation, allowing members to explore and implement new ideas, technologies, and approaches to improve humanitarian knowledge exchange opportunities.
Capacity Building
Elevate serves as a platform for capacity building, offering individuals the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge through shared resources, training programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities. Collaboration

Advocacy
At Elevate we engage in advocacy efforts to promote humanitarian principles, ethics, and policies at local, national, and international levels.

Caitlin Wyndham
Caitlin Wyndham is part of the Elevate Community of Practice and has been involved in the Humanitarian Innovation Seminar 2024, sharing her expertise in social justice advocacy and program management. Caitlin, a Senior Staff Member at Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation, brings 25 years of experience in non-profits across multiple countries, specializing in program design, grants management, and advising on evidence-based strategies for combating human trafficking.

Dimitrios Tzioutzios
Dimitrios Tzioutzios is part of the Elevate Community of Practice, having been involved in the Humanitarian Innovation Seminar 2024. He is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) focussing on disaster risk reduction, Natech accidents, risk communication, and participatory risk management processes, particularly in the context of technology acceptance and community perceptions in emergency safety systems.

Susan Henry
Susan Henry is part of the Elevate Community of Practice, having been involved in the Humanitarian Innovation Seminar 2024, sharing her expertise in emergency management with a focus on community resilience. With over two decades of experience from the Australian Emergency Management Institute, Susan excels in Emergency Risk Management, Planning, and enhancing Community Resilience.

Nicole Lott
Nicole Lott, is part of the Elevate Community of Practice, having been involved in the Humanitarian Innovation Seminar 2024. She is a Senior Leader in Government and Private Sectors, has a diverse background spanning disaster and emergency management, policing, corrections, and retail sectors. Her specialties include strategy development, risk transformation, and workplace investigations, driven by a commitment to fostering a more just and sustainable world.
