This Digital Accessibility Policy outlines our commitment to complying with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Commonwealth) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

EPI focuses on improving the overall digital experience by:

  • Ensuring that our digital platforms are compatible with various browsers, devices, and assistive technologies.
  • Conducting usability testing to identify and address any accessibility barriers.
  • Ensuring that alternative text is used for images.
  • Providing a high contrast option in the accessibility toolbar.
  • Text size on each page is adjustable via a browser or accessibility toolbar.

6. Feedback and Reporting

EPI welcomes feedback from our customers and website users regarding digital accessibility concerns. We will respond to and address accessibility-related feedback promptly and look to make improvements to enhance accessibility.
